Thank you for choosing XW3D! We’re dedicated to crafting high-quality, custom-made 3D-printed products you'll love. As an independent business, we have a few policies we’d like you to be familiar with to ensure your interactions with us is smooth experiences for everyone involved.

All Sales Are Final

  • Custom Orders: Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final once an order is placed. As all items sold through XW3D LTD are custom orders, please be aware that the 14 day cooling off period specified in the Consumer Contract Regulations does not apply.
  • We do not guarantee refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after ordering.

Damages and Issues

  • Received a Damaged Item or Found a Print Defect? If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, please get in touch with us immediately at hello@xw3d.co.uk
    • Reach out within 5 days of delivery, detailing the issue and providing images or video.
    • We’ll work with you to understand the cause of the damage and determine the best course of action, which may include a refund or replacement at our discretion.
  • Custom-Made Products: Our items are crafted with robust materials, and we take great care in ensuring their quality. Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Refunds

  • Refunds: As all sales are final, refunds are not offered as standard. However, should you feel that a refund is required, we will assess any refund requests on a case-by-case basis to determine if a refund is appropriate.

  • Refund Process:

    • If a refund is approved, it will be processed promptly.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
